I’VE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY ORDER, BUT I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE! WHAT DO I DO? IS IT TOO LATE?

  • The best way to adjust or cancel an order is to email [email protected] 
  • Please note that we only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.

HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR MY CROWN AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER?

  • Due to high demand and the nature of Crowns being made to order, our processing time is 2-3 weeks. The estimated shipping time is dependent upon which shipping option you select at checkout.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER FASTER THAN THE STANDARD PROCESSING TIME?

  • We offer a Rush Processing option for an additional $15 that will shorten your order's processing time to 3 days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges. You can request a exchange via [email protected] . If your order qualifies, you will receive the shipping address to send your order to within 14 days. Once your order is received, we will then ship out your new order.

I LIVE ABROAD. CAN I STILL ORDER A SATWRAPS ROYAL WEAR CROWN?

  • Yes! We offer international shipping, so Kings and Queens all around the world can protect their crowns!

DOES SATWRAPS COVER TAXES, DUTY, ETC. FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

  • Unfortunately, our prices don't include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs, all the stuff you may be charged to receive your SatWraps shipment at home.

(*Please consider all fees,* because once your order arrives you'll be required to pay all taxes, duties, etc. (we won't be able to refund you if you change your mind)).

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept USD, AUD, CAD, and British Pounds. The currency should automatically change based on your location!

  • While SatWraps Royal Wear does it's best to ensure that our E-commerce experience is consistent, enjoyable, and functional across all modern browsers and devices, occasionally something small may not function properly on older browsers when an update to our code is pushed.   • We recommend that you hand wash your Crown and hang it to dry!

  • Absolutely! For an additional fee you can customize the primary solid color of your Crown and/or add your name or logo! Please email us at [email protected] to begin designing your custom SW Royal Wear Crown!
