Due to the handcrafted and order by order nature of our Crowns we do not offer refunds, however we do offer cancellations or exchanges.

We accept cancellations up until 24 hours after your purchase and exchanges if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery and the item. ships back within 14 days of delivery. If any of the specified time periods have gone by since your purchase or delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, or cancellation.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at satwraps@gmail.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

To return your product, we will provide you with the return to sender address in email format.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
